Celebrating Pride Month

Consumers are ready to celebrate Pride Month in a variety of ways. Some consumers are planning to celebrate with younger generations, and how they will celebrate ranges from donating to LGBTQ+ organizations to participating in parades/marches, streaming LGBTQ+ content and taking to social media to show their support. Mental Health Awareness

With Mental Health Awareness Month, we took the pulse of how consumers have been affected by mental health in their lives overall, as well as in relation to the pandemic. Consumers also commented on current events from the price of gasoline to virtual currency to guidelines for wearing a face mask. In order for businesses to have the most success connecting with their consumers, they have to understand them – what they are interested in, what they need, and how they feel.
